Super useful

I am using the application every day as my standards alarm I dont very happy about it! I wish I could use Spotify songs as an alarm.

Stopped working

I have been using this app for a long time, it seems. It was amazing. This last month though its been inaccurate. Its been telling me that I havent been sleeping more than two hours a night. I think it needs an update to the current iOS. My eyes are closed and I feel like I was sleeping. It may not be a deep sleep, but in the past this would show as light sleep. I have the sensory on strong. Also, it would be great if there was an Apple Watch app.

Great App!

This app is awesome. I use it every night. I love the display and how easy it is to use.

Ability to download

Lately it has not been working. Would be nice if you can download the recording & keep. Data on this app occupies a lot of storage in my phone. I End up deleting the recordings.

Need support - Best in class

Real review is further down. Contact form on developer website gives 404 error when submitted so I am trying to contact them here: Sometimes I oversleep (on purpose or by accident) and the app will incorrectly show the wake time or end time in bed. The only way for me to adjust this incorrect measurement is to delete them from iOS Health app and manually add the correct entries there. Now only Health app has correct statistics. Please add ability in your app to manually adjust entries. When the contact us form starts working Ill restore my original 5 star review. ==== Original review: There are plenty of apps in this category, and Ive tried most of them. This app has a combination of features found nowhere else. The backup alarm is clever and important. The audio recording is a great feature too. I appreciate the latest new feature of visualizing the recorded audio.

Great way to monitor sleep habits

Mine are awful and its fun to see that in graph form.

Works great!

This app has made a huge difference in my sleep. I love the wake me when Ive slept X hours feature. Just the gently increased volume alarm itself makes waking up less painful. One criticism: sometimes sliding the Snooze button is annoying when my finger doesnt stay completely on the slider the entire gesture.

Rogue Alarm!

This app started out great. Now it wont even record my movement, which means it wakes me up at random times. Im not going to keep this on my iPod any more.

Great alarm clock & data collector

This app is a very powerful tool to help monitor ones sleep patterns. Even if it is just how long one slept for, it is a good indicator of your patterns. But since it shows too the depth of sleep, its a good check on ones evening habits--caffeine, late-night eating, alcohol intake, etc. My one criticism is that the sounds are not that great. It would be nice to link the alarm up with the iPhones alarm sounds. Otherwise, a fairly good app. 4/5 stars.

Caught Sleeping

I have used an earlier version with satisfaction. I just moved to iOS 7 and have been unable to get the alarm to ring. I really like to gradual increase of volume of the ring and the nature sounds and use it as my alarm...so am quite disappointed with this problem.

Updated review

I wrote a not so glowing review because the previous update had removed some of the functionality. I am super happy to say that this update fixed the problem. I find this sleep app to be the most accurate when recording my wakefulness and now that the app doesnt allow the phone to go into lock mode (again), Im back to loving it.

The best sleep tracker app Ive found

I highly recommend this app. Graphs are clear, customizable, and seem to reflect my perception of how I slept better than other apps. I really like the diary section - you can type in whatever you want to keep track of that might affect you sleep. Unlike other apps, you can do this both before you start the app or after you stop it. You can even go back to any day you want and edit it. Other pluses: You can start and stop the app more than once a day, for instance for naps. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor and customize in other ways. I really like that you can start your own music from within the app and it turns it off when you fall asleep. I wish you could do this with audiobooks/ podcasts too, I hope the developers will add this functionality. The only thing I really dont like is the alarm function. You can use your own music, but Its too abrupt. Even the fade-in function doesnt really fade in slowly, it goes up rapidly in large steps. I woke up feeling really irritated. I just use my pleasant iphone alarm if I need it. Back to the good stuff: you can upload your data if you want, but you dont have to register if you dont want to, you can still use the app. Its easy to compare your data, scrolling backwards and forwards in the graphs, or setting different time frames for them. You dont have to put your phone under the sheets or face down or under your pillow or not under your pillow or turn it off - just lay it on the bed somewhere in your vicinity and it will work. If you do have a problem, you can just adjust the sensitivity. Be sure to read through all the settings - the English is obviously a translation - some are more like FAQs, some actual settings you can change. I tried the free app first, then went to the Pro app. Youre supposed to be able to transfer your data over from the Free to the Pro, but I never succeeded with this. So I would recommend going straight to the Pro app - its not expensive, and well worth the money.

Exceptional App and Value

Works great. Ive learned so much about my sleep and this feedback has helped me improve my sleep and overall health. Before this App I actually fell sound asleep at a meeting at work ..... The App may have saved my job. Last of all Im buying my wife an Apple Pro. Apple sells a hardware accessory to track sleep for about $150. And its specs say it does, get this, approximately the same thing this App does. I know this App works great! I dont know about Apples accessory hardware add on! Try this, youll like it and learn a lot about your sleep!

Wow!

Great improvements! Please let me use the sleep time in exact numbers though... I would like to take 10 or 20 minute naps with this. Otherwise, the timer is the best way on the app store to prevent oversleeping on the weekends!

This app is great! I never fail to wake up in the morning thanks to Sleep Meister! I love how it records my sleep habits, too! Thank you for making this!
